RegisterCancellations: In the event that you need to cancel, you may transfer your fees to anyone who is able to attend in your place. Fees cannot be transferred to future events. Full refunds will be given to all written or faxed requests received at Outreach, Inc on or before 08/31/10. A refund (less $25 processing fee) will be given for requests received after 09/01/10 through 09/30/10. We are unable to give refunds after 10/1/10.
