Cancellations:

You may transfer your registration fees to any other person you choose to attend in your place. Fees cannot be applied to future conventions or Outreach products.

If you need to cancel your registration, a refund (less $75) will be extended to all written requests received at Outreach on or prior to September 1, 2009. After that date, no refunds will be given.
